At OhSoFit, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

15-Day Return & Exchange Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order if:

You received the wrong size and would like to exchange it.
The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or misuse are not eligible for return or exchange.

Need a different size? No problem.

We offer exchanges for:

Exchange requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.

Contact our support team at support@ohsofit.pk or WhatsApp us at 0339-4009138 within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and, if applicable, clear photos of the item.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we'll provide the return instructions and shipping details.
Ship the item back to us in its original, unused condition with all tags and original packaging.
After we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your exchange or issue store credit, as applicable.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your return has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued as OhSoFit Store Credit within 7–10 business days, which can be used on future purchases.

If you are exchanging an item due to a size issue, you will be responsible for the shipping charges for both returning the item to us and shipping the replacement item.
If OhSoFit sent you the wrong size, wrong item, or a damaged/defective product, OhSoFit will bear all shipping charges for the return and replacement.

Replacement orders are typically delivered within 4–5 working days after the exchange has been processed.
